• No refunds for a change of mind. The free trial on aescripts is how to try Derp before you buy.
• If Derp doesn’t work on your setup and we can’t fix it, you get a full refund. Email us within 14 days of purchase.
• Where your local law gives you more, that applies.

Try before you buy

The free trial on aescripts exports your whole media pool and three timelines, so you can check the result on a real project first.

If Derp doesn’t work for you

Email hi@derp.video within 14 days of purchase with your order ID and what happened. We will try to fix it. If we can’t, you get a full refund.

Direct purchases (derp.video)

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for these orders, so Paddle processes the refund and handles order questions.

Your legal rights

Nothing here limits rights that the law gives you and that can’t be waived. Where local law gives you more, such as consumer rights in the EU, UK or Canada, those apply.

For digital downloads, the EU and UK 14-day right to withdraw ends once the download starts, if you agreed at checkout to get Derp straight away.
